Once you get on-line enrollments you'll want to easily process them into VSR4.

Pending enrollments are viewed on the following form. This form shows current enrollments that require processing (pending). The form is split into two panels with the list on the left and the detail related to the list item selected shown on the right.

Pending Enrollments are grouped by Class, then by submit date and time.
A class position column is provided and used to indicate the count and sequence of enrollments requested in the class. Enrollment counts that have exceeded the current maximum class size are shown in red.

Each enrollment request can be Accepted or Rejected by marking the appropriate box in the first two list columns. The "Mark All" control can be used to automatically mark requests as Accepted or Rejected based on options set by the user.

The "Update List" control can be used to download the latest enrollment requests if they haven't already been downloaded via the automated update utility.

The "Submit" control is used to commit the Accepted enrollments to the VSR4 student class data. All marked enrollment request can generate the appropriate response e-mail to the student if they have entered an e-mail address and the correct system e-mail options have been set. The system can also be set to automatically print response letters via MS word if desired.
