As each enrollment is processed LinkDESX can automatically send acceptance or rejection responses to the student.

If an Email address was entered, a confirming Email is automatically sent  to the person registering. Optionally an email could be sent to a school email address upon each registration.

This figure shows an example of how easy an automated response can be selected and set up in LinkDESX. The words shown within the "<>" are string substitution codes that are used to pull specific enrollment data for the response being handled. The same concept is used should you need to print response letters. LinkDESX allows you to write your template letter in Microsoft Word using the same string substitution codes where student or class specific data is needed.

Pending notifications are also setup here and allow the LinkDESX administrator to tailor how they want to be notified when on-line registrations are waiting to be processed into VSR4.
