September 1, 2003 For the past several months Sooner Micro Systems has been working towards forming a partnership to assist in the offering of our new SchoolDESX product. We are proud to announce that our agreement has been reached resulting in a new entity being formed. The new company, now called SchoolDESX Technologies, LLC has acquired the rights and responsibilities formerly owned by Sooner Micro Systems. This change has created a formidable cutting edge company providing our customers with the most outstanding support and innovative software systems available throughout the educational industry. The principals of the new company are John Bersin, Chris Vokoun and Larry Poor. All employees have remained the same and most contact information such as toll free telephone numbers and fax numbers have not changed and may still be used to reach either sales or support. |
